Reporting Intelligence for Other ERPs v26.3 release notes

Other ERPs - this article only applies to Reporting Intelligence for other ERPs

This topic describes the new features for Reporting Intelligence for Other ERPs v26.3, released September 16, 2026. New features include Lineos branding across the desktop experience, automatic Data Hub connections in the Excel add-in and Query Designer, in-product access to the desktop add-in installer, and support for new ERPs.

Title Description

Lineos branding across the desktop experience

The Lineos name and logo now appear everywhere you encounter branding, from installation through daily use, including installer and tool splash screens, the license agreement screen, window title bars, the Windows taskbar icon, and the Publisher field in Add or Remove Programs. Reporting Intelligence remains the product name throughout; there is no separate Reporting Intelligence logo.

Key points

  • Installer steps, silent and command-line install, and default install paths are unchanged.

  • Ribbon tab names, button labels, order, and color scheme are unchanged.

  • Elevation prompts still show the previous publisher name, since the code-signing certificate hasn't changed.

Data Hub connections in the Excel add-in

Connections you create in Data Hub now appear and work in the Reporting Intelligence for Other ERPs Excel add-in automatically, with no re-entry.

Key points

  • Find them at Settings > DesignerGL > Connections, and wherever a query formula references a connection that is not in the .NET connections list.
  • Adding or deleting a Data Hub connection behaves the same way as creating a connection in Application Configurator.
  • Data Hub is the single source of truth, read through Platform Storage. Data Hub connections are not written to the .NET configuration file.
  • Where a Data Hub connection name matches an existing local connection name, the Data Hub entry appears with a -dh suffix so both remain usable.
  • New or changed Data Hub connections appear after you refresh or reopen the add-in. There is no background polling.
  • This applies to connections replicated through Data Hub. Other connection types do not appear, and Profile Scheduler is out of scope.
  • You cannot edit Data Hub connections from the desktop add-in. Make changes in Data Hub.

Testing and early access

  • This feature works with the NetSuite connection today. Coverage for the other 26.2 and 26.3 ERPs is scheduled for user acceptance testing.
  • Testing continues to expand to additional ERPs, and customers are welcome to join the Early Access Program.

For more information on setting up a connection, refer to the Data Hub Connections topic in the Reporting Intelligence documentation.

Data Hub connections in Query Designer

Data Hub connections are now available throughout the Query Designer connection workflows. This includes opening a query whose saved connection name no longer exists or has none selected, using Test Connections, changing a connection through Query Options > Change Connection, using Update All Query Connections and Update Connections by File, and creating a new query.

Key points

  • Query Designer displays and uses Data Hub connections, but you cannot create, edit, or delete a Data Hub connection from Query Designer itself. To make changes to a connection, go to Data Hub.
  • A newly created Data Hub connection becomes available after you reopen Query Designer.
  • The same -dh suffix applies where a Data Hub name collides with a local connection name.
  • Profile Scheduler and legacy Query Designer connection handling are not covered.
  • Convert EDQ to BV does not apply to Reporting Intelligence and is not part of this change.

For more information on setting up a connection, refer to the Data Hub Connections topic in the Reporting Intelligence documentation.

Download the Excel add-in from Reporting Intelligence for Other ERPs Online

Reporting Intelligence Online now shows a Download Desktop Excel Add-in option in the top right, below the Help icon. Selecting it downloads the consolidated installer. When the installer opens, selecting Other ERP downloads and launches the Reporting Intelligence for Other ERPs installer.

Key points

  • You still need to accept the installer prompt and any operating system security prompt.
  • After installation, reopen Excel and sign in before the Reporting Intelligence ribbon appears.
  • Mac is not supported. The installer does not assume an install location, since customers install to their own paths.
  • Conditional display for users who already have the add-in arrives in a future release, not 26.3.

New ERPs in the installer's ERP list

The Reporting Intelligence for Other ERPs installer now offers these ERP values:

  • Oracle EBS
  • Viewpoint Vista On-Premise
  • Viewpoint Spectrum
  • MRI Platform X On-Premise
  • MRI Horizon
  • Oracle JDE
  • Yardi Voyager On-Premise
  • Syspro
  • Deltek Vision
  • Davisware
  • Sage 100
  • Sage 300
  • Sage 500

Key points

  • This applies to the Reporting Intelligence for Other ERPs installer, not the consolidated installer.
  • Selecting MRI Platform X or Viewpoint Vista maintains continuity with the Profile Wizard.
  • These ERPs are confirmed available for selection during installation. Full installation and connectivity validation for each ERP continues separately.
