Uninstall Process

Other ERPs - this article only applies to Reporting Intelligence for other ERPs

Generally, it is not necessary to uninstall Reporting Intelligence prior to installing new versions. An uninstall should only be performed in order to completely remove the product from the machine.

  1. If necessary, close all open Excel sessions.
  2. From the desktop, navigate to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs or Programs and Features.
  3. Select Reporting Intelligence Suite program and click Change/Remove or Uninstall.
